Russell Kerr, bFM's self-confessed bad boy during his time here, was often to be found to be breaking things and blowing major interviews and shows due to his recreational habits. But he was a key element of the station at a crucial transitional time: he was one of those who stopped bFM's Breakfast Show being sold to Radio Hauraki!!

Prior experience is not a prerequisite - full training will be provided if you look like you can use it. A minimum time commitment will be required of all trainees.
