Listen in between 8-8.30am every morning until March 26th for Mike to play The Noise - if you guess correctly, fifty dollars is yours. If nobody gets it, the cash will roll over to the next day until the sharpest ears in all the land are found!

Terms & Conditions – ‘The Noise that Poise (Pays)’ Competition
By entering the ‘The Noise that Poise (Pays)’ Competition (the “Competition”) you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
Conditions of Entry:
To enter in the Competition you must be a New Zealand resident aged 15 years or older. 95bFM employees and their immediate families, agencies, trading partners and associated companies are ineligible to participate.
The winner’s prize may be limited by the age restrictions of transport providers and Events.
95bFM reserves the right to exclude any person from participating in the Competition on reasonable grounds.
95bFM reserves the right to refuse to award the Prize to any entrant who 95bFM decide (in their sole discretion) has violated these terms and conditions, gained unfair advantage in participating in the Competition or won using fraudulent means.
By participating in the Competition, you grant 95bFM exclusive permission to use your name, character, photographs, voice and likeness in connection with the Competition and for future promotion and marketing purposes and waive any claims to royalty, right or remuneration for such use.
If for any reason the Winner cannot accept or complete the Prize, 95bFM accepts no responsibility and are not obligated to provide a refund or exchange.
The Competition starts at 12.01am on 13th Feb 2010 and will close at midnight on 27 March 2010.
The Prize:
The Prize consists of:
$50.00 cash per day
Accumulating each day if the noise is not guessed that day
(Together, the “Prize”).
To the fullest extent permitted by law 95bFM will not be liable for any loss or damage whatsoever (including but not limited to direct or consequential loss) or for personal injury as a result of your entry into the Competition or winning the Prize.
How to enter the Prize Draw:
When a DJ plays an audio piece, listeners call in and identify the audio piece. If correct, the listener wins $50.00 cash.
If the audio is not identified correctly the prizes will jackpot each day until the sound is identified correctly.
General:
95bFM takes no responsibility for lost, damaged, misdirected entries, incorrect or inaccurate transcription of entry information, or for any human error, technical malfunctions, lost/delayed data transmission, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, line failures, failures of computer equipment or software, inability to access telecommunications network services, or any other error or malfunction any equipment or technical malfunction, busy lines, inadvertent disconnection, Acts of God or otherwise.
95bFM does not claim any responsibility for the inability to enter, complete or continue the Competition due to the Winner’s failure to obtain a passport, meet the age limit for the Prize, or fulfil any of the other terms and conditions for The Prize.
The Winner must claim the prize in person and must provide proper identification (eg driver’s licence, passport, birth certificate).
In the event of any dispute, 95bFM’s decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.
95bFM reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, vary or suspend the Competition without notice and to change the terms and conditions of the Competition at their sole discretion.
