Auckland University Blood Drive
Only 4% of adult New Zealanders donate blood which is INSANE - they need almost 150,000 units of blood every year, and as it only lasts for 35 days they need a constant supply of new blood to keep up with the demand from hospitals.
Just one donation can save up to THREE LIVES (holy shit)! So it's a pretty good habit to get into especially if you need to balance your naughty dietary inputs with doing something 100% guilt free.
