95bfm is looking for a new general manager, someone who can lead the station into places that might not have been invented yet. Radio or media experience is not strictly necessary, it might even be a disadvantage. We're looking for bold new ideas, not just following the current set of rules. You'll be excited by ideas and change, digital life comes naturally to you as does involvement in what's going on in and around Auckland, especially the live music scene. You won't be afraid of the new or unproven but will still able to balance innovation with bFM's need to be commercially viable. Most importantly this is a leadership role: you'll get your rewards out of exciting and empowering others, harnessing their talent and energy and getting the best out of them. MORE
