Jon is from Wigan, Lancashire (no jokes about flat caps, brown ale or whippets, please). Coronation Beat is exactly what the title suggests: a cobble (stone)d together mix of beats 'n' bobs from the grimy rain-drenched streets of the North, which incidentally matches the weather in Auckland, New Zealand.
